Cab bookings can be confirmed via phone, WhatsApp, or email. Advance token payments may be required during peak tourist seasons (Desert Festival, New Year, Diwali).
Unless explicitly stated in the package, monument entry tickets, camel rides, and personal guide charges are not included in the taxi fare. Tolls and parking are included as per tour package terms.
Cancellations made 24 hours prior to scheduled pickup will receive a full refund. Same-day cancellations may incur nominal charges.
